Service
We challenge ourselves everyday to improve the customer experience at oSg! We have greatly expanded our product offering and provided expanded shop and fabrication capabilities. We have moved a significant portion of our manufacturing to Pittsburgh in order to minimize lead-times and broaden our product line. We continue to expand our nationwide network of distributors to minimize freight and further shorten lead-times. We are working to automate our order system to provide a streamlined process with quicker turnaround. We have added to our customer service, administrative and logistics staff to provide enhanced communication and delivery.
