- ANSI/WDMA 1.S.1-A Grade A
- Available in Plain Sliced Oak and Rotary Cut Birch
- Face veneers to be a minimum of 0.020” (0.5 mm) thick
Top and Bottom Rails
- 6-7/8” top rail provides for closer reinforcing, glued to inner core
- 1-3/8” bottom rails(35mm), glued to inner core
Stiles (edge bands)
- 1-3/8” edge stiles (35mm) hardwood, glued to inner core
Core
- Particle Board Core
- Core conforms to ANSI Standard A208.1-1993, Type 1, Grade LD-2
- Density of 30-35 pounds per cubic foot
- Bonded Core/Edge Interface
Reinforcements
- Solid wood blocking full thickness of door to prevent hardware mounting screws from pull out
- 10” H x 5-7/8” W hardwood lock reinforcement
- Full door width x 6-7/8” hardwood closer reinforcement
